Winter Equipment Lending

The Cochrane Public Library offers lending for skis, boots, poles, and snowshoes. All you need is a FREE library card to access this material. Equipment can for a period of up to one week. The equipment is available in both junior and adult sizes. Lending can be made during the operation hours of the Cochrane Public Library.

As a reminder, those who choose to use the Cochrane Cross Country Ski Club’s trails will need to purchase a day pass or yearly membership.

This ski and snowshoe lending program was made possible by the Town of Cochrane Doable Neighbourhood Program and was funded by the Ontario Sport and Recreation Communities Fund in 2018.

Interested in lending equipment? Please email library@cochraneontario.com

Our staff will guide you through the process and let you know when your material is available for pickup.
